Night Vision CR123 rechargeable for thermal

I have two pulsar thermals. I have a battery pack for the one. I want to get some rechargeable batteries and charger. I do not want to do this cheaply. What do you guys recommend.

[Burning sensation]

I bought AA battery adapters for my two Pulsar Trail thermal scopes. They may be ok in a pinch, but battery life is pathetic compared to the Pulsar batteries.
