It's just french fries, cheese curds, and gravy, but for as simple as it is, you just don't find it too many places well south of the US-Canada border.
Despite its Quebec origins, you can find it quite readily in anglophone Canada, with various local twists. Hell, they even have it at fast food joints.
On a continual basis, it'd be more than a little unhealthy, but I just so wouldn't mind one right now.
