Suppressors Crazy factory round nicked can

Ummm........"Crazy factory round" ? What makes you certain enough to be able to conclusively say it was a factory round at fault ? I have a hard time embracing the idea that your end cap strike was due to the round itself. Further, I'm having a hard time with the idea that even if the bullet were loaded crooked into the case, that it wouldn't get straightened out when traveling down the barrel.
Try the simple things first. Was the can on securely ? Who threaded your muzzle/is it concentric with the bore ? Do you have a muzzle brake/flashider with a QD device ? Was it secure ? Have you fired subsequent rounds ? Any more strikes ? There's a lot of important supporting information that you haven't provided.

So yeah it has a muzzle device that holds it on, yes it was tight.... shot a 10 round string and no others hit the can, also it sounded and felt way different the every other bullet so that's why I figured it was something weird with that bullet... I'm no pro but the muzzle device is torqued and rock sett so no clue
What caliber were you shooting? Is that can a .30 cal?
I would be more nervous that your threads in the barrel are not concentric.

Likely won't affect precision, but I'd investigate the cause further.
Make the weapon safe. Set a light shining down the breech end. Look down the muzzle end with the can on. Align your eye with the center of the barrel bore and visually check that the barrel bore center is in the center of the end cap. I have seen mounts installed crooked enough to cause end cap strikes and every time it was quite obvious using this test. No alignment rod or anything fancy needed.
If the alignment doesn't look perfect on the visual check you should investigate further by contacting the manufacturers involved. The mounting method should not use a crush washer. The barrel threads should be checked for concentricity. The mount could be bad. I have seen a mount that was the cause of an end cap strike.

It's a 30 cal can with a 6.5 creedmoor going through it

The only reason I ask is because I have seen it happen. Not with 6 and 6.5 Creedmoor, but with .260 Remington and .308.
A guy had 2 rifles laying side by side, both loaded with Hornady A-Max bullets and on first glance the ammo doesn't look wildly different. The .260 round sounded different, and chipped 2 of the baffles in the .30 Cal suppressor when fired through the .308.
Guy at the range was missing his 100 yard target with his brand new 308 Winchester. Moved back to 50 and keyholes all over the target. We thought he was skipping them. Then we noticed he was shooting 7mm-08. Told him that was the problem. Walmart worked told him 308 Winchester will also shoot 7mm-08.
Your suppressor could have a lot of carbon build up and a chunk fell in the bullet path. I was using H4350 in a 22” 6mm creedmoor And it wasn’t burning clean at all in the shorter barrel. Worked fine in 26” but not 22”. It literally had huge chunks of carbon fell out when I took it apart and I noticed a couple nicks in baffles. It started to fall down my barrel and plug chamber when I was carrying it on a sling coyote hunting. Talk about piss you off on a stand and can’t close your bolt.

I am curious did any bullet jacket pieces come out? I'm wondering if it was a defective bullet and the jacket separated
Yeah there was something inside but it fell out and I couldnt find it on the ground
That's kind of what I was thinking given the facts thus far, although a 6mm Creed stuck in a box of 6.5 is an interesting theory as well.
I have all the brass but I dont see any 6 creed and i have loaded most of that brass and nothing was really tight or anything

yes that will affect accuracy.. I would reach out to Q and i am sure they would take care of it but may ask you all of these questions to make sure it did not happen again..

Also I would keep a hold of that box of ammo... and see if there is a recall or something on that lot of ammo..
