What's the general consensus on Crimson Trace scopes? MidwayUSA still has a few of the Series 3 & 5 scopes on sale/clearance, and I've been looking hard at the Series 5 3-18x. Looks like a solid scope for $799...FFP, zero stop, illumination, and made in Japan. Any reason to avoid the scopes, or any other better option for roughly the same amount? Plan is to mount on a Tikka T3 .223...

Crimson Trace 5 series - now half price
