I bought a rear squeeze bag from Crosstac several months ago and have been using it exclusively as my rear bag. I wrote some comments on their contact form on how it's performed and one particular issue I had with mine (not typical of the product, I probably had a faulty zipper on the bag) and even though I wasn't asking for a replacement or refund (issue is easily fixed) and just giving feedback they offered a replacement and an alternative product with 48hrs of my just sending them feedback.
