Rifle Scopes CS tactical and Blaster USA

long story short...i needed a windage knob for a minox ZP5 that my brass had been hitting...i called CS tactical and talked with Richard...after explaining the situation(and that i had sopld the scope)he said hed take care of it...richard called me the next day and said blaster would be shipping a new knob...got it today!!

i just wanted to say thank you to CS tactical and blaster USA....Mike,Richard and the rest of crew at CS tactical set the bar high with their customer service and though ive never dealt with blaster USA them sending me a new knob "FREE" says enough about their company!!

I had a great experience with CS Tactical as well. When I called they remembered my name and spoke to me like a regular person.

I know that night. It make sense but I get tired of calling people and they speak to you like you are bothering them or some how aggravated them.

They gave me a great deal on a Gen II PST.

ive bought a few scopes from CS...i called early one morning about something(dont remember what)but Mike answered on his cell as he was getting in his truck heading into the shop....next scope im going to drive over and pick up in person...elk grove is only a couple hours from reno!
