I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had, and will be buying my next monopod from them.
I had a very old generation of the ai monopod, with out locking notches, or a bearing swivel on the base or any of the other upgrades that have happened over the years. It started slipping under recoil and instead of fixing it to the original standard they upgraded everything to the latest and greatest. In fact I don't think any of what came back was from my original monopod. A week turn around time, and no charges.
So anyone who is on the fence about ctk monopods, the company is a stand up one, and they are a great tool.
