I am looking at doing a short barrel, 308 CTR. I would like to thread the barrel 3/4x28. I’m wondering if anyone out there can you give me the barrel diameter on a CTR at 16 inches. I have heard that it is .80 at 20”. Wondering if there is enough taper in this barrel to get .875 at 16 inches? Thanks
