this is a 12.5 inch custom upper built by Wes at MSTN. A perfect upper that sits in the safe now as my old body just cannot get out like it used to. Probably 20 rounds down the tube. Details below

If you are serious about either the upper or scope then make a serious offer.
The upper cost just over 1500$ and the scope is MSRP about 1300$.
Neither have been used hardly at all.
I will not address low ball offers..
