Haven't found a case for Mark 4 80mm but a few for the Mark 4/GR 60mm.

Contact Creedmoor Sports. They can make you a custom one at a very reasonable price. They made me one for my Kowa 88mm Prominar and it is awesome. They have choices of camo, colors and zipper/hook&loop etc.

Both make top notch stuff.
