Custom made M5 style DBM?

Are there any small companies that produce custom dbm's for oddball actions? I've been looking for a while for one for a Sako A7 but since CDI is gone, I've had no luck. I don't mean to waste bandwith but would like to be able to use something other than 3 round sako mags. .
