Reading somethings about it and looking to Pinco Palla configuration I've spoked with a friend of mine...I've give to him a project and this is the first approach..
Leica is hold in position by the 2 springs located below the base
Is it possible to mount a leica 1200 on a picatinny rail with a Leupold Mark IV..... the vertical pole is for a Kestrel 4500 mobile base... free to move to get wind direction.. other pictures soon..

tomorrow in the evening Italy time.... ( east cost + 6 ) I'll try to mount every items..... if will be ok and everythings works properly I'll post other pictures.. stay tuned
