Rifle Scopes CW CCW ???

Sorry for the dumb question but how do I tell if the knobs on my S&B PMII are clockwise or counter clockwise? I am looking at getting a PR and want to make sure the knobs adjust in the same direction.

Clockwise knobs will have the numbers getting bigger going from left to right. Counterclockwise will have the numbers getting bigger going from right to left.
