Sidearms & Scatterguns daimondback db380 or db9 who has one

Re: daimondback db380 or db9 who has one

Good friend of mine tried one out and if it had been fishing season he would have used it as a sinker. In a few short words from him "piece of shit"

Re: daimondback db380 or db9 who has one

I've got a DB 380 and it has been pretty good. It took about 150 rounds to break-in. Some feed problems during the break-in, but since it has run well. I have about 300 through it now, and haven't had feed problems with the last 150. Accuracy has been pretty good for what it is--don't expect a bug hole from a pocket pistol, but it actually has sights unlike most if its competition.

I've got both a DB380 and DB9.

I was an early adopter of the DB380 and got a piece of junk, sent it back on their dime and still wouldn't function. Put it in the safe and used it to make holsters for 6 months and then heard the newer guns were running well. Requested that DB replace mine for a newer model and they did, the new one has run trouble free.

The DB9 has been flawless since removing the Crimson Trace which I ran for the first 50 rounds or so. The CT was causing the gun to break frame rails, luckily mine did not do any damage. I've shot maybe 400 rounds through the gun and it continues to function perfectly.

Here's a blog that I've tried keeping up on concerning my DB9: Diamondback 9mm
