Never knew they existed until a buddy showed me. Hes looking to get into his first precision rifle.

Anyone have experience? What yall thoughts?

Pros:
Plenty accurate (I put 3 on a carriage bolt at 200yds)
Ergonomic
Eventually will be modular, including no-brainer barrel swaps

Cons:
More expensive than many prefer for a factory gun
Aesthetics aren't everyone's favorite
Only 2 DD barrels currently available

Can any one explain how they got a 24in heavy palma barrel for only weigh 1.75 lbs?

Handled one at a shop. Action felt exactly the same as a $400 Howa. Not that a Howa is bad, but it did not feel like a $2200 rifle.

MSRP is 1799, I dont see 2200 anywhere

That’s much more reasonable. I think they may have dropped it recently. I remember when they first came out, they were above the [at the time] $2000 PRS production class price limit.

For $1800 is still not my cup of tea but much more competitive and I can see it as being an option for someone wanting a rifle out of the box.
