I am looking to purchase a daniel defense mk18 and a suppressor at the same time, my question is if i will need to buy a switchblock or will it run suppressed stock? does the military run switchblocks on their contract rifles?
I haven't seen a need for a switch block on my dd mk18 upper. I'm running a surefire 212 can, and the only thing that's been changed is the pri gas buster charging handle.
So far I've had zero issues in 500 rounds or so, even blowback isn't a problem. I can't see really needing the switch block, but I am sure it is nice to have to keep the rifle running a little smoother.
