Data Card Holder

I saw someone here made a data card holder that attaches with a string... I cannot seem to find them. I Tried the search... any help here?

I have no idea what thread you are mentioning, I haven't seen it, but here is what I picture:

Print out your data sheet ID size, then put it in one of those picture laminators or something similar. Cut it to size, punch a hole in the corner, then use some 550 cord to attach it to what ever.

This is similar to what I plan to do once I get some loads ironed out for my guns. Is this what you are talking about?

Yes, but I just want to write on my card, then slide in a pocket with a window, attached to scope ring with 550 cord...
