Gunsmithing DBM conversion for old Savage Model 12?

I have a stagger feed Savage Model 12 with the old flat back receiver and it's really difficult sometimes to load the rounds from behind the gun. Plus, there is no feed ramp so it only feeds from the mag which is a minor inconvenience. Does anyone know of a company that makes bottom metal for this model? I haven't found anything yet and any help would be appreciated.

Are you just wanting to make a blind mag into a detachable magazine type?
If so I just recently converted one to a factory detachable one.

Yes but I don't have the floor plate type stock. The mag stays attached to the action when I pull it from the stock.

I did this and it is perfect for me.
I only use it for hunting.

Savage did this to their staggered feed actions from 1963 to about the mid to late 90's.
