I installed my rem 700 in a bell and carlson stoxk with a ptg dbm. Any tricks to the install. Was zeroing it today and rounds were not feeding cleanly. Maybe an issue with o.a.l. on rounds?? Torqued screws too tight? Thanks
probably a problem with the case head presentation to the bolt. you need to take a look and figure out exactly whats going on. bolt ridding over the round?
I had the same problem when I first installed my DBM. Take the DBM out of the stock and install it on the barreled action without a stock. See if it feeds ok. If so, look at how the dbm mates to the action, and that is how it needs to look while installed in the stock.
