DD rail and DPMS gas block.

just picked up a Daniel Defense 12" rail for my DPMS LR-308,which has the large gas block..the rail won't fit without a new gas block..

whats a good low profile gas block to use ?? what block are you guys using on your DPMS rifles that are using the DD rail..

who has the best price ??

Do you have the old style gas block, or the gas block with the rail on the top?

I still have the factory rail, but I am thinking there are several gas blocks out there.

That's what I see from the DPMS dealer catalog. I would think any of those should work for you.

MarioM, the link you sent was for the wrong size gas block. The LR has a .936" diameter.

If its the DD Lite rail or M4 rail go with the DD low profile gas blocks, it fits perfect under those rails. Check Rainier Arms.com site they have them in stock.

Don't mean to hijack the thread but anyone using a round handguard cap on a DD AR15 Lite forend?

The cap I have is slightly larger diameter than the round portion of the DD forend. Any recs?
