to detonate them in your rifle and then deprime them , if not , then i guess you would just set up your die so the decapper is as low as possible so you wont have to ram the case all the way into the die.
Use a universal decapper and deprime them like you would a spent primer . They will not detonate by depriming...I have deprimed thousands of live primers this way without a problem.
YES. Just do it gently. Don't slam the handle down. Over 45 years of intermittently having to deprime cases with live primers. NOT ONE has ever gone bang. May happen tomorrow...but I doubt it. JMHO

Yes but you will have to lube them with your sizing die..A universal decapper does not touch the side of the case so you don't have to use lube. They are cheap $10.00-$12.00.
