First handgun I ever bought was a TTC like that.

I am surprised that there are no contemporary platforms that are chambered in the hot, potent, and formidable 7.62x25 cartridge. That, and it's earlier cousin, the 7.63 Mauser, are the forerunners of the modern high velocity bottlenecked pistol cartridges that we have right now like the 5.7x28 and the .357 Sig. The 7.62x25 will still have much to offer even in this day and age as a pistol or carbine round. Especially for armor piercing applications. There have been plenty of stories about milsurp FMJ loads zipping right through modern armor as if they were made of butter. I would get a PS-90 without hesitation if there is one chambered in 7.62x25 as opposed to it's current round.

Honestly none of that really entered my mind when I bought it. I just figured it would be a good substitute for a Russian TT-33 since I was wanting to start getting WWII-era firearms. I personally wouldn't get a PS90, though. A Bizon chambered for it would be just swell! Never mind, the 7.62 Tokarev Bizon uses a conventional box, not a hi-cap helical mag. Guess I'll stick with a PPSh, then!
