Same price I paid for my 2,000x Energizer deal.

Problem I'm finding out is that newer lights last MUCH longer and where I once was always short or needing Surefire batteries, now I find 'em going bad on 'me.

I just try to keep a box or two on hand and those tend to last a few years.

Last big box of cheap 123's I ordered ALL went to shit, still wrapped in plastic. You get what you pay for, but unless you gotta outfit a unit with batteries I'd stick with a smaller lot. They are by far the best 123's, no doubt about that.

How are the Surefire 123's vs the same Energizer lithium? They both last 10 years, both similar in price with some searching.
The SureFire batteries are rated slightly higher capacity and they use Panasonic cells like mentioned above. Both are pretty damned good, and they seem to run for about the same amount of time.

A local Target store had 12pks on the Energizers on sale one day for ~$8.33 (or something weird like that), so I bought all 40 or so packs they had in stock lol

Great deal you found. Thanks for answering. Looks like either would be a solid deal just keep my eyes open for deals. I still have a couple dozen SF batteries on hand for now.

I bought 168 or so SF 123s in 2015 for $1.10/each. I just opened the last 12 pack of them a couple months ago. 400 would last me forever now that my 123 consumption has dropped.
