Words fail me that monsters like this are not only allowed to exist in this country, but also will be taken care of on our tax payer's money. I may be Christian and not Islamic, but I fully support Islam's "eye for an eye" rule in cases like this!

I think he should be placed 1000 yds down range and then raffle tickets should be sold to have a chance to connect with him, who ever gets the first head shot gets a prize and all proceeds from selling the tickets get donated to a children’s charity.......Put me down for 100!
