Rifle Scopes Deciding on a Scope

My budget is limited...would any of you give me any info or knowledge on the products below...where is the glass made...etc...I trying to decide on one of these scopes below:

Burris Fullfield TAC30 Tactical Scope 6.5X-20X-50mm,
Burris Fullfield II™ Tactical Scope 6.5X-20X-50mm
