Deleting all info on Garmin 701

Does anybody know how I delete all my info on a Garmin 701?
I have sold it and want to put it back to factory settings.
I have tried a reset, all my data is still there.
Anybody done it before?
Manual does not say how to?

Thanks Windrider, tried that at least 20 times never get a beep.
I wonder if there is a file I can delete by plugging into my computer?
