What is the overall length of the covert barrel? 16 or 18? Around 40 rounds fired correct?

OAL including the extension is 19.5" The extension is 2" roughly, so barrel length is 16.5" including the threaded cap, just to be on the generous side. Thank you for the question and the original post updated.
