Difference between Berger 230gr. OTM and target

Just as the title says, I can't find the difference between the two rounds anywhere, a long google search and search here got me nowhere. Anyone know what the difference between the 230 hybrid target and the 230 hybrid tactical is? I know the G1 and G7 coefficients are different, but other than that, what is different? I'm thinking one is longer than the other or one has a thicker jacket, but I'm not sure.

230 Target Hybrid - 1.66" OAL, .815" ogive to tip
230 Tac OTM - 1.605" OAL, .775" ogive to tip.

If you're limited to the Tac OTM, you might also look at the Hornady 225 BTHP. Bigwheels has been seeing very similar G1's to the Berger Tac and they're cheaper.

I might some time down the road, right now I got a lot on my plate in terms of loads, I'm sticking with the Bergers for their hybrid ogive which isn't picky on swearing depth.
