Differences AT-X & AT-X Military

I was just on the AI website and noticed they have civilian & professional categories for rifles. Under civilian was the AT-X , AT-ELR & AXSR while under professional is AT-X military, AT-ELR & AXSR military. Just wondering anybody know the difference between the AT-X & AT-X military? Are the military versions available to the general public?

The only ATX is the ATXC. Available in 6 or 6.5. These are the only options in the US market currently.
