There are countless threads here in regards to .govs, etc etc monitoring and data mining for the sake of "National Security" but let us not think that only .govs have the budget and capacity to do so.

Their bullet point on "Forensics" and building a profile from an unknown number is a pretty interesting one. I'd be really curious what their capabilities are in that respect.

• Plan and conduct experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle.
• Develop root cause solutions to problems utilizing systemic methods, statistical knowledge, and problem solving tools.
• Establish process control systems for the process module and sustains the module through volume ramp.
• Transfer process to high volume manufacturing and provide support for install, startup and qualification.

Minimum Qualification

• 10+ years hands-on experience utilizing semiconductor tools including lithography, etch, deposition, and the associated metrologies.
• 5+ years experience managing teams of engineers.
• Masters in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or Chemistry.
• Demonstration experience working with external and internal partner.
