Acculab for 1 or 2 kernal accuracy.
Dillon for "normal" reloaders
The Chargemaster is nice too and you can add the dispenser later if you desired.

I'd never argue with PGS cause he's a cool Hensoldt guy too, but I'd suggest the Acculab VIC-123 over the Denver. By all accounts it's the same scale and sells for the same price point. The Acculab has a flip down lid to cover the tray which is handy for keeping that sensitive part from having any reloading tools dropped directly on it when not in use.

I recently got a nice digital scale that was meant for jewelry. It was cheaper than a lot of the purpose built powder scales and it is very functional. It measures in grams, grains, ounces, and carrots.
Accurate to .02 grains.
