Dillon 550 with Dillon dies mixed head stamp CCI small pistol primers.When I'm seating primers I get a little pop which I've had before but now one side of the primer sits a little lower.Any ideas?

Make sure the decapper is removing all of the primer. Mine has an intermittent problem where it knocks out the cup but the anvil holds onto the in and re-seats the anvil into the pocket. Then the next stage tries to put a new primer in over the old anvil and either seats weird or cause the new primer to go off.
