I know there's probably no doubt from anyone on here that has ever owned a Dillon, but that company has been more than remarkable to work with every time. Last scenario is that I got a 550B press locally and it didn't come with the bullet tray or the loaded cartridge ejection chute. I ordered the bullet tray and the bracket from Dillon but when it arrived I found out that I didn't order the right chute (the press ran on a Strong Mount requires a different chute).

I got a hold of Dillon just a few minutes ago and they are sending me the correct chute at no charge and told me just to keep the other one (that works if you're not running a mount).

Great customer service that I thought deserved a shout out!

Yes they are always top notch. My favorite thing to do is look for OLD “wore” out dillons. Get them cheap, send them in, pay $50 and get a brand new press back.

They will refurbish a press for stupid cheap.

I have a pristine Dillion 450 my father inlaw gave me. This was bought new when they first became available and Dillion lost $ on every press sold. Still have the box and paper work and everything it came with.
