Rifle Scopes Direct mount/unimount

I have a 20MOA NF direct mount on my 700SA. Does anybody make something like this in 30 or 40MOA?

Not sure if it helps, but Seekins makes a 30MOA base for your 700. That way you can literally use any picatinny-compatible rings or unimounts. The Burris XTR rings come with inserts so you can adjust the MOAs front and back. Pretty neat.
