DMR Trainer

I am now going to graduate to a duplicate of my AR DMR/SPR. in rimfire. Any suggestions on the platform? I do not want a .22 conversion, but a dedicated upper like an M+P 15-22.
Top, any ideas? I defer to you....

Frank does great work. He built my service rifle AR, which I sent back to be converted to a DMR, USA AMU spec. Did not want to go that pricy...

I built an upper with a Beyer barrel and have been really happy with it. Shoots cheap CCI SV 0032's very well which is good since it's easy to shoot 2-300 rounds every time I head to the range.
