Have a new a JP LRP-07 that I took the brake off of to install my Ultra 9 and this was as far as I could get it on. Don’t see a washer or anything on the threads.

That's odd where the parkerization is rubbed off by the shoulder. Could be long. Did it have a brake on it with a spring/crush washer?

Do not put peel washers between the face of the suppressor and barrel shoulder , it is not designed to function like that .

Have the threads checked and make sure they are in spec . TBAC cuts their threads to the spec in the drawing and religiously checks them with thread gauges multiple times before shipping .

Make sure when the barrel threads are checked it is with a proper in spec gauge , they wear over time and have to be calibrated periodically, or a thread mic or a set of thread wires .
