I am running a Suppressor on a LWRC PSD 6.8 and all of my cases are dented in 1/4 of the way on the bullet end after ejecting. I also had 2 out of 80 smashed sideways before they got fully in the chamber. What do you guys think? Im running a JP Silent capture buffer in a carbine tube.

Sounds like the ejector spring, most guys that are in to reloading just ignore it as it really doesn't pose a problem for reloading purposes. When the ejector spring is too stiff it causes the brass to hit the "teeth" on the barrel extension. I've heard of some guys cutting their ejector spring down a bit although I wouldn't be able to tell you how much to cut. If the casing is hitting the brass deflector you can also glue some velcro or felt there to prevent it.
