Do We Need A 150 Yard SH Monthly Comp?

I have noticed that some folks talk about shooting from 150 yards and this got me to thinking,,, we have no 150 yard SH Comps.

I believe a paper target at 150 yards would have the following scoring rings;

X Ring - 1.5 inches
10 Ring - 3 inches
9 Ring - 6 inches
8 Ring - 9 inches
7 Ring - 12 inches
6 Ring - 15 inches

I know we have quite a few long range matches the way it is, and I hate to suggest another as Top Predator has been very generous with his time sorting these reported Comps out each month. However, I do have to ask the question. Should we have a 150 yard SH Comp to fill the gap between 100 and 200 yards?

Here is what we have already. The 150 Yard SH Comp in red is only a suggestion. Any thoughts? We would most likely have to come up with a target to be used.

FWIW, here's my .02 on this...

I think the option to shoot at 150 yards would be good for those of us (me included) who are/have been having a diffcult time making the jump from 100 to 200 and so on. I also notice that we have a 250 yard comp, that nobody posts scores in. I'd like to shoot 150, but my local range doesn't have a berm for it, so I couldn't participate anyways even though i'd love to.

Now, for others who do have a berm for it, I think it'd be a fantastic option. But just like the 250 yard comp, I don't see their being too much interest in it. I could be very wrong on that, so I would like to see it as an option and then from there, a decision would be made to keep it or not. Sort of like a trial run of sorts.

As far as the scoring by TOP PREDATOR goes, i'm more than happy to lend a helping hand. It's the least I could do for all the help you (TP) have given me in the last several months.
