Maybe try zooming hotkeys? ctrl++, ctrl+mousewheel up, whatever works for you to resize text on a webpage...

To actually be helpful, maybe try this to change the size of your thumbnails: https://www.technipages.com/windows-change-image-thumbnail-size
If it's just the window itself that's too small, you should be able to float over the bottom corner of it, get a diagonal arrow to appear, and click and drag to enlarge the window itself. Otherwise, one or more of your settings may have somehow changed and you could put it back by doing and uninstall/reinstall of it. Just to be on the safe side, do a backup before you go uninstalling anything.
