Does anyone use a Kali Key?

I live in PA where I can’t hunt with my AR. I just discovered the Kali Key. Does anyone use or have experience with it?

Even with that added on someone might still say it's semi auto, I thought everyone in PA used shotguns for hunting? That's what I remember anyways.

No, most of PA is an “anything goes” state. The law says firearms must me “manually operated”. This is why I’m asking.

I'm not a lawyer, but unless you have a robot shooting for you, all rifles could be called manually operated...
