Does heavier & faster MV bullet hit lower?

Have a newbie question, I got a new rifle (HMR Pro in 6.5 Creedmoor) sighted in at 100 yards, using a 125gr open tip Winchester white box ammo

tried shooting the 140gr Winchester match and impacted low. Is this normal?
I got a .9 MOA 3 shot group with 15-17mph wind drifts with the white box and after the low impact of the match 140gr, wanted to do some homework before shooting more!
Thanks in advanced

Your point of impact will change with every different brand and bullet.

Imho wwb is not a good choice.

Definitely agree with that, wanted to run something cheaper for the first 100 rounds or so to break in the rifle then find what it really likes.
