No, according to what I was told at SHOT. I was told, by the guy that does the repairs at the Winchester Va center, that they would support/repair the Premiere line, but not change reticles.
Well that sucks. I guess that just leaves S&B and maybe Leupold that will change a reticle for you now. I've seen a couple of Premiers I'd like to have but needed reticle changes to suit me.
