What contact info for them do you need aside from what is clearly listed on their website? They list phone (toll free and local for them in WA), fax and e-mail on their site. They are generally very quick to respond to e-mail and if you can get through on the phone when they aren't absolutely swamped, they are very easy to communicate with.
