Yes they chamber the 700p in 223, 7mm Remington mag, 300wm, and 300RUM.

You're both incorrect, I know for a fact they do or have at least. I used to have a 700P in 7mmRM and it was a factory rifle and regular catalog item.

It says specifically 7mag on rem's law enforcement web page but no one seems to have one. Ismh that calibers mentioned at the top of the 700 p page don't match what they have at the bottom : .300 win mag , .308, 223. Not exactly sure how to interpret it.

They may have stopped which is why they don't show it at the bottom as regular catalog items. Check buds, they may still have them in stock. Also watch gunbroker.
Another thing you can do if you want a P is to buy older sendero (not the SF) which is the same barreled action as the P just not parkerized and drop in in a take off LA P stock.
