I just finished neck turning my brass. I am thinking I should now FL size all the brass so that when I shoot it, it will be consistent for the next time I load it. Am I right? Or should I load it and shoot it first?

Brand new brass I'm assuming? I fls new brass always, as well as chamfer case mouths. If the lengths are all over the place then trimming them all to the same length helps keep things consistent too. After trimming debur and chamfer. Running a primer pocket uniformer might not be a bad idea either, as well as a primer pocket debur job too. I don't worry about any of this except full length sizing if using lapua.
