Mac and cheese on Thanksgiving? Turkey, corn, and stuffing is all that's needed. Then for dessert, apple or pumpkin pie.

Turkey, either roasted or smoked, dressing, corn pudding, carrot souffle, cranberry sauce and fresh from scratch rolls. But my wife will tell me - don't screw up my bird- while I'm cooking. So not too many experiments.
