Harris bipod swivels on one sling stud, so if I could kill two birds with one stone and eliminate Rotation on my Harris bipod and be able to QD, that would be great. Is there such a thing as a double sling stud QD mount? If so who makes it?

Best option I can think of is to use an Atlas rail. BT15 or BT17 should work. Remove your sling studs and use those holes to mount the rail. You may need to use machine screws with T-nuts on the back but Atlas also has this hardware.
This leaves you with a picatinny rail on the bottom of your forend. A picatinny bipod mount such as the Larue LT130 can be used to fasten your bipod. The Harris stays on the Larue mount and the mount has a throw lever to quickly remove or attach the bipod/mount combo.
I hope this helps

Removal of stock required to do this I assume?

If your sling studs are screwed directly in to your stock then it would be best to remove stock and add T-nuts. A Manners ect... stock should already have T-nuts in place and you can simply use them. I don't think a wood screw would be the best option but it may work in some cases.

Pick an appropriate rail section from the AR plethora and install inserts in the stock to mount it. Or, just install a qd plug in the stock. Mill a place for it just slightly large. Sandblast outside bonding surface of plug. Fill plug with wax or clay. Bond it in the hole with a thick epoxy. Wipe off the excess that comes out when you push in the insert before it sets up.
