Dovetail adapter for p-rails?

Hey, is there any dovetail adapters for picatinny rails? Trying to mount a globe front sight on a rail and I need some kind of adapter. Yes, I know that JP makes one, but I think that it's too tall for my application.

Ive got a couple that go from Picatinny to 11mm European. Dont remember where I got them though. Someone does make them but dont know who.
