I have never seen one, but I'd bet you could put the follower from a 4 round SAUM mag in a DPMS 19 round 308 mag and come up with something that works pretty well with at least 10 rounds in it. You may have to tinker with the feed lips, but not sure about that. I can say that I have been able to use my DPMS 300 SAUM mags in my DPMS 308 successfully, even with the SAUM follower in them.
