This is correct. The tail of the DPMS bolt is longer than the Armalite. Each BCA will fit in the others upper receiver. The differences in bolts means you can't mix and match the carrier and bolt, i.e., don't try to use Armalite barrel and bolt and DPMS carrier or vice versa. Check your head space to be safe and have at it.
